AJ Barbershop is more than just a place to get a haircut; we are a family-owned local business, proudly purchased and reimagined in July 2025. While our ownership is new, our roots in Apache Junction run deep.

Our journey is deeply personal. Our grandfather, Jim, has been a pillar of this barbershop family for more than 16 years. He has dedicated his time, skill, and heart to the craft of traditional barbering, precision fades, and classic shaves. When the opportunity arose to continue that legacy and keep this shop serving the community, we knew it was the right path.

Our decision to purchase the business was also inspired by the next generation. Our daughter is currently attending cosmetology school, and owning AJ Barbershop allows us to guide her in business and give her a creative platform to launch her career in cosmetology and hair product development.

Above all, we love what we do. Customer service is at the core of our values. Whether you are coming in for a hot towel shave or a classic haircut, we’re committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels like family. Together, we are honored to carry forward the traditions of this shop while bringing new energy to Apache Junction.
